Managing Clients

Your CRM lives inside Noematic. Add clients, track them through your pipeline, log interactions, and let your AI handle follow-ups.

Using Chat

Add a client:

Add a new client: Jane Smith, jane@example.com
Add client: Acme Corp, contact@acme.com, phone 555-9876, notes: referred by Mike, enterprise tier

Find a client:

Find client Jane

The AI uses fuzzy matching, so partial names and even nicknames work. If multiple clients match, it asks you to clarify.

Move through the pipeline:

Move Jane Smith to active
Show me my pipeline summary

Log interactions:

Log a phone call with Jane about the website redesign proposal

Client portal:

Send a portal invite to Jane Smith
Get Jane's portal link
