We got tired of watching smart people waste half their day on admin. So we fixed it.
Every small business owner we know is doing the same thing: logging into five different apps before their first call, copy-pasting between tools that don't talk to each other, and chasing follow-ups that should have been automated months ago.
The shape of the problem is identical whether you're a bookkeeper, a photographer, or a therapist. And yet every tool on the market either solves one piece of it, charges you per seat as you grow, or calls itself "AI" while still requiring you to do the work.
We built Noematic to be different - a complete business backend that your AI actually drives, not just consults.
I'm Jon-Luke. I built Noematic because I was running a software studio on five different apps and losing hours every week to admin that should have run itself. This is the tool I wanted and couldn't find.

AI should run real work, not just chat about it
Every AI business tool we tested was a chatbot stapled to someone else's CRM. It could draft an email but couldn't send an invoice. It could suggest a follow-up but couldn't schedule the call. We built Noematic because "AI that suggests" is useless - you need AI that does.
The interface is conversation
Logging into ten apps a day is a tax on your time and attention - one small businesses can't afford. No-code tools promised to fix this and instead became the eleventh app you had to learn. The right interface isn't a dashboard. It's the one you already have open all day: chat.
Bring your own agent
We expose the business backend as MCP tools so you can use ChatGPT, Claude, voice agents, or our built-in chat — your data, your model, your choice.
Tenant isolation is non-negotiable
Every tool call is scoped to your account. Your data, your integrations, your audit trail — never co-mingled. Privacy and security are foundational, not a checkbox.
