What Is the Business Brain?
The Business Brain is where your AI stores everything it knows about how your business operates. Think of it as your AI's memory.
When you tell your AI things like "We charge $150/hour" or "Always send a welcome email to new clients," it saves that to the Brain so it remembers next time.
Types of Brain Modules
| Module | What It Stores | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Your business name, type, industry | "We're a marketing agency focused on e-commerce brands" |
| SOPs | Standard operating procedures | "For new clients: send welcome email, schedule intro call, create project folder" |
| Knowledge Base | Key facts and reference info | "Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST" |
| Brand Voice | How your business communicates | "Professional but approachable, never use jargon" |
| Rules | Business rules and guardrails | "Never discount more than 15% without manager approval" |
